Do you provide warranty on the work?

All our installations come with at least 12 months workmanship warranty. SLA Retainer packages include preventive maintenance and rapid fault response.

Do you work as a subcontractor for main contractors?

Yes. We specialize in close cooperation with main contractors and developers, with experience in large projects, strict schedules and full coordination with other trades on site.

Do you install in existing buildings or only new construction?

Both. We are experienced in retrofit projects requiring sensitive planning around existing infrastructure, as well as greenfield projects from the ground up.

What are your service areas? +

East 4U Operating throughout Israel — From the north to the Negev. The team arrives at any location by prior arrangement.

How long does an infrastructure project take LAN? +

Small office (up to 20 points) — Usually one to two days. Large project (100+ points) — Depends on the environment, usually one to two weeks. We work with minimal disruption to the business.

Do you also provide ongoing maintenance? +

Yes! We offer contracts of Maintenance annual including visits of Maintenance scheduled, firmware updates, Support Phone support and response time priority.

We work with all types of equipment? +
